Services

Betty Online provides career coaching, resume optimization, interview preparation, and related professional development services. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

Booking & Payment

Services are booked through our website or direct communication. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Prices are listed in USD.

Cancellation & Refunds

Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session fee. We offer a full refund after the first session if you are not satisfied with your coach.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate career information, attend scheduled sessions on time, and engage actively in the coaching process. Results depend on individual effort and market conditions — we do not guarantee job placement.

Intellectual Property

Coaching materials, templates, and resources provided remain the property of Betty Online. You may use them for personal career purposes but may not redistribute or resell them.

Limitation of Liability

Betty Online is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
